BPO’s brand new ensemble of brilliant young players debuts with a sparkling programme of Bach concertos, Trojan, Debussy, Piazzolla and more.

Guest soloist for the evening is the spellbinding young Latvian accordionist Alise Siliņa, whom audiences will remember from last December’s Fairytales concert. She’s joined by a string ensemble led by Polish-British violinist Emily Trubshaw, with Beijing-born pianist Xiaowen Shang and percussionist Meadow Brooks.

Formed of players on BPO’s professional training scheme Spring Forwards, launched last year, Brighton Spring will be touring to schools and other venues as part BPO’s ever-expanding outreach programme.
