Announcing mezzo soprano Lotte Betts-Dean

We are thrilled to announce that Australian mezzo-soprano Lotte Betts-Dean will be joining us in January to perform the Berio Folk Songs. An audience of over 1200 packed out Brighton Dome on a rainy Sunday afternoon for our spectacular Winter Solstice concert, featuring a programme of Arvo Pärt and Sibelius' Symphony no. 2 in D major. We welcomed guest conductor Sian Edwards, with Joanna MacGregor on piano and leader Ruth Rogers taking centre stage for Pärt's Spiegel im Spiegel.
